2 on-site days to review and recommend tuning opportunities for up to 3 batch and 3 online processes. |

Resolution may or may not be possible in that timeframe. Some SQL statements can take 4-8 hours to pinpoint the problem. Resolution sometimes requires running the process against the production data, and if that is restricted by schedules, 2 days may not be long enough.
